NARR offers a canopy course, climbing tower, paintball course, high- and low-ropes courses, team building and zip line. All of these activities are located on NARR’s property and are within walking distance to on-site lodging and parking. 'Sampler Packages' are available so that you can try these experiences without committing to a full program!

CLIMBING TOWER: Our 40-foot climbing tower provides fun and thrills to both beginners and experts alike! Choose your route according to your skill level, and don’t worry -- our trained staff is always ready with a tip for your next move. As you make it to the top, ring the bell, enjoy the magnificent view and enjoy being comfortably belayed down to ground level.



CANOPY COURSE: As you make your way through our canopy course, enjoy this unique perspective of the beautiful West Virginia landscape! Once ascending into the canopy, guests will make their way between the treetop platforms by crossing several unique rope elements and zip lines. The final zip line is a whopping 300 feet long! Once at the end, guests are belayed safely back down to ground level. From platform to platform, aircraft cables allow gravity to safety glide guests through the treetops. NARR's professional and experienced staff and quality safety equipment ensure a professional and memorable experience.



PAINTBALL: Our 2.5 acre outdoor arena is specially designed to make your game a thrilling success! Play speedball, the president, capture the flag, or any number of other classic games - with a twist! Each game will present the participant with opportunities to hone their skills, including strategy, quick wits, teamwork, and fun. Paintball is the perfect addition to any vacation, birthday, or even bachelor party.



ROPES COURSES: Each course is unique, so we are able to specifically cater to a number of different goals, group sizes and timeframes. NARR’s two High Ropes courses are great for groups! From corporate outings, to youth groups or school trips, our on-site ropes courses present unique opportunities for fun and personal growth -- in a beautiful environment. After receiving instruction on proper safety techniques in 'ground school', guests are belayed onto the course, where they will then have the freedom to navigate through the obstacles of their choosing.



ZIP LINE: Imagine the rush of swiftly zipping down a 300 foot line above the beautiful West Virginia scenery!

First, ascend into the canopy while being safely belayed up by one of our specially trained guides. Your guide will then connect you to the cable system, and at this point you are a just few simple commands away from your 'zip'. Once you are ready, lean forward and let gravity to the rest! Once you complete the zip, our staff will belay you back to ground level.
